For signed-in users, we record limited server-side activity events such as page views, section navigation, and selected in-app clicks. This helps us understand how the platform is used, support users, and identify inactive accounts.

• Events are linked to your pseudonymised account key, not your name or email
• No cookies are used - this tracking is entirely server-side
• Events are automatically deleted after 90 days
• Data is never used for advertising

This processing is carried out under our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). You can object to this tracking at any time via the privacy banner or by contacting us at hello@lifeaxis.co.uk.

Managing your preferences

When you first visit LifeAxis, a privacy banner will appear where you can accept all optional tracking, reject all, or customise your choices by category.

You can also change your preferences at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for lifeaxis.co.uk, which will prompt the banner to reappear on your next visit.

To object to product usage tracking specifically, contact us at hello@lifeaxis.co.uk and we will disable it for your account.
